A roll-up banner is quick to set up and gets noticed. Its weakness: it shows your message but gives the visitor nothing to take away. With the right roll-up accessories you can change that in a few minutes.
What a roll-up banner cannot do on its own
At trade shows, in lobbies and in shops, most people walk past a roll-up. Those who stop are interested – but often nobody from the team is free at that moment. Without a flyer or brochure within reach, that contact is lost. A separate brochure stand only half solves it: it needs its own space, has to be transported as well, and rarely stands exactly where people are looking.
Which roll-up accessories are worth it
- Brochure holder on the roll-up: Flyers and brochures hang directly on the banner. This is the accessory with the biggest effect, because it turns attention into a contact.
- Lighting: A spotlight at the top edge makes the design stand out in dark halls.
- Carry bag: Protects the cassette and the banner on the way to the venue.
- Replacement banner: If you change designs, a second banner saves you buying a new system.
Brochure holder on the roll-up: how the Roll-Up Butler works
The Roll-Up Butler by SystemButler is an attachment system that turns standard roll-ups into a brochure dispenser. It is fitted to the rear side of the roll-up without tools and carries acrylic boxes for your material. Setup takes less than 2 minutes. For transport, simply take the holder off again.
DIN long or DIN A4? Choosing the right version
- DIN-long flyers: SYSBU 2 with 2 acrylic boxes – for two different flyers at once.
- DIN A4 brochures and catalogues: SYSBU 3 brochure holder.
- Flexible for several formats: SYSBU 1 flyer holder.
- Complete solution for the roll-up: Roll-Up Butler Premium Set.
Three tips for more brochures taken
- Place the roll-up so that visitors can easily reach the brochure box.
- Fill the box only about two thirds – a single flyer is then easier to grab.
- Print a clear offer with a phone number or QR code on the flyer. The brochure is your salesperson when you are not there.
